From a small lot located at the doors of the Laurentians, holding a small forest and rocky grounds and which did not seem of any interest to the agricultural world, emerged, thanks to the good care and especially lots of work from the owners, a site and grounds covered with fabulous treasures.

During the last five years, buildings respecting nature and the charms of the Canadian ancestral constructions were erected. Combining “origin” and “modernity” on one site such was the challenge that the owners gave themselves.

More recently, so that the rocky and sometimes sandy ground offers its fullest potential, different varieties of vines and apple trees were planted. These additions will allow us, in the near future, to offer you diversified products of a great quality.

Sinking their roots in rocky grounds for most, maple trees and grape vines benefit from the elements this unique soil has to offer. Our work consists in revealing, through our one-of-a-kind products, the exceptional richness of these surroundings.
