L’Ambroisie de Mirabel officially opened its doors to the public in August 2006.. After years of hard work to prepare the site, it was with great pleasure that Michel Roy, the owner, started to share the secrets of its fields. Everyone was delighted by the peacefulness of the environment and the installations.

Behind the pine board walls pointing out of the barn's architecture of the beginning of this century, you will have the opportunity to visit a transformation room and a production room built according to the highest modern standards in terms of hygiene.

We will also take you on a tour of our three vault arch wine cellar made of bricks, just like those traditionally built in Europe. The first two vaults are for our acervescents (sparkling maple wines) during their second fermentation in bottles. This production is ready since June 2007 and counts more than 7,000 bottles. The third and last vault is used exclusively for the storage of our aceritives (maple wines) during the ageing process which can be done in bottles or barrels.

Out on the terrace or at one of the tables located around the small lake, you can taste our products while enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of the place. No matter the time of year, there is always something to discover at L’Ambroisie.

There is even fun for the little ones. L’Ambroisie holds a playground where children, under their parents' supervision, can have a good time.
